Applicant acknowledges that all invoices are due by the 25th of the following month of the invoice. Service charge will be applied to all accounts that aren’t paid on all invoiced amounts when due. Applicant agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by West Parts and Supplies in collecting on Applicant’s delinquent account. The below signatures grant West Parts and Supplies the right to check any factors pertinent to a fair evaluation of establishing credit with West Parts and Supplies.

I, for good and valuable consideration, including the extension of credit to Applicant which I hereby acknowledge as having been received, do hereby PERSONALLY GUARANTY any indebtedness of the above-stated Applicant to West Parts and Supplies which may become due. Said indebtedness shall include, but not be limited to, the amount of all charges for goods, materials, supplies, services and finance charges. Further, I PERSONALLY GUARANTY all costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by West Parts and Supplies in collecting on Applicant’s delinquent account. This Guaranty shall be a continuing and irrevocable guaranty and indemnity to West Parts and Supplies. Further, I agree to subrogate any indebtedness of Applicant which it may have to me to the indebtedness of the Applicant to West Parts and Supplies. By signing below I hereby bind the Applicant and myself, personally, to all terms stated in this.
